Mosharraf Karim Early Life:
Mosharraf Karim was born on August 22,
1972, Dhaka, Bangladesh. His home district is Barisal. He was interested
in acting from his early childhood and frequently went various
theaters. Mosharraf showed his acting skills in the school theater
during the schooling days and joined theater troupe “Nattokendro”. After
15 years, work in theater Karim emerged on the small screen in 1999
with a TV play.
Mosharraf Karim Career:
Mosharraf Karim made his debut in acting with the television drama ‘Otithi’ (1999), Atithi, directed by Ferdous Hasan and aired on Channel I. Then he showed off his terrific performance in Sakin Sarisuri, Aim in Life and Housefull, Mega-serials, Family and Friends, Fifty 50 and Patigonit and including the award-winning Third Person Singular Number (2009).
However, after the acting in the telefilm ‘kayrom’ with co-artiste Tisha, he becomes heartthrob actor among the Bangladeshi young generation. His first drama serial is ‘420’ and he also acted in drama serial Vober Hat and Ghor Kutum. The brilliant actor landed his outstanding role is various dramas, telefilms, and movies.
Mosharraf made his film debut with the
‘Joyjatra’ directed by Toukir Ahmed in 2004. Then he appeared in the
movie ‘Rupkothar Golpo’ with Chanchal Chowdhury and Humayun Faridi. In 2007, Karim made a terrific performance in the movie ‘Daruchini Dip’ Riaz, Zakia Bari Momo, Bindu which is based on a novel of Humayun Ahmed. He starred in the movie ‘Third Person Singular Number’ with Nusrat Imrose Tisha directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki in 2009, the movie created a fierce stir enough in the box office and he got the positive acclamation from the critics.
Mosharraf appeared in another blockbuster movie ‘Projapoti’ with Moushumi and Zahid Hasan in 2011. Then the actor made a terrific acting performance in the movie ‘Television’ directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki with co-artists Chanchal Chowdhury and Nusrat Imrose Tisha. In 2016, he appeared in the movie ‘Oggatonama’ with Shahiduzzaman Selim.
